Your Brain's Black Box

[spasmodic fragments, internet vomit, literature]

9/4/11

MudLuscious's imprint series NEPHEW is doing a lot of things right. I ordered Robert Kloss's How The Days Of Love And Diphtheria today and I am very excited to read it.

Vouched books, the Atlanta division, was at the Decatur Book Festival this weekend. It was good to hangout with them for few hours. Vouched is such a great idea. I love what they do and what they support.

"Spivey’s alluringly melodial debut novel of a marriage gone asunder unreels itself with the indisputable logic of dreams and delivers, along its phantasmagoric and dazing way, emotional clarities that feel entirely new." --Gary Lutz

"...it is a book that might have been written by the son of Kafka and Braque. Like our best books, it is a love story in love with its own death.” --Peter Markus
